So I decided along with the 500,000 other things I'm getting involved with recently, I decided to also try a read-a-thon because who doesn't like horror books, right? So, here's my list
- Tales - HP Lovecraft (so excited about this)
- Phantoms - Dean Koontz
- The Witching Hour - Anne Rice
- Horror: The 100 Best Books (I know it’s not a story technically, but i’ll at least get a book about books right?)
- Bradbury Stories: 100 of His Most Celebrated Tales
I'm so very excited. I know that I dont have a lot of time, but after I got out of college I promised myself that I would keep reading books that challanged me. A few years later, I haven't read anything higher than a magazine since. This is the perfect (and my favorite genre too) opportunity to exercise the brain muscles again. So excited! I'm going to head to the library today and see what I can wrap my little fingers around.
Edward Gorey is my favorite!

Oh, I'm so glad you'll read. I love to read and try to read both high and low, as much as I can and have time for.
Good luck with the list!

That is quite a list! The Witching Hour is one of my favorite books by Anne Rice. I really like the Mayfair witches more than the Vampire Chronicles. Shh! Don't tell anyone! That doesn't seem to be popular opinion, now does it?
