So i'm sitting at work, sipping my cup of dunkin donuts french vanilla coffee and I'm honestly in a good mood. Now of course, my boss hasn't started annoying me yet and no customers have shown up thus far, but I feel good today. I'm smelling the delicious pearberry lotion that I applied an hour or so ago (to die for). I smell like ripe fruit, but i'm ok with that. I cleaned my glassses this morning and realized that 50% of the time, I'm seeing the world through dirty lenses. I must be missing out on alot. I'm going to attempt to get contacts sometime soon.
My grandparents are up from Delaware and the whole family is headed to a delicious seafood restaurant tonight. I don't think I could move from the east coast. I eat fish and seafood at least twice a week and i'm spoiled with it.
Not much in the way of art or crafting or knitting or designing this week. Sometimes, I just want to watch tv or play xbox. That's ok too. Though, last night I did clean, and I wished to do anything but that. I also realized that I drop a whole lot of "craft" on the floor. My carpet was filthy!
What else ... WELL, H.P Lovecraft has officially moved to a top spot in my list of authors. I really really like him. He uses just enough big words to force you to really think, but not enough where it gets overbearing and two "word-y." Don't get me wrong, every once in awhile I like a hard read, but not with scary books. I feel that when authors put big words in just beacuse they can, It takes away from a horror story. Just a personal feeling I guess, but Lovecraft does it so well; It's fantastic.
Hopefully I can make it through today without any jerks or morons and i'll be doin ok.
